In order to receive your
computer, we must receive
a verifiable allotment and a
copy of your
most recent
LES.
MyPay Once on the MyPay site, please fill out the online allotment using the allotment information above.After completing the form, please PRINT the page and fax it to us at 866-800-5271, or email it to us. To email, either cut and paste the entire page into an email message, or use the "Send Page" command within your browser. Remember: You must submit a copy of your most recent LES, list of allotments, and Net Pay, along with your allotment verification. Checking Account Authorization | |

As a backup to the allotment, we use electronic transfer (EFT) from a checking account to allow customers to make payments when allotments do not begin on time or stop before the balance is paid in full. We also use this method as reimbursement for warranty refunds, customer shipping expenses, and referral incentives. |
